The list is not exhaustive, and many other useful organisations and services exist, but it is hoped that these will help children, young people and adults navigate the key resources and get the support they deserve.

Happy Maps

The Central Access Point or CAP is a local mental health service providing a 24 hour help line for anyone experiencing mental health difficulties. Individuals can call for themselves or on behalf of someone else. After a few questions to establish need callers will either be referred to a clinician or other appropriate support. The service can also be used for advice if supporting someone you are concerned about.
