We believe that music should be enjoyed by all. From an early age children have an awareness of rhythm, pitch and sounds around them and these should be developed throughout their time in school.
We aim to encourage awareness, enjoyment and appreciation of music in all its forms and to develop imagination and creativity. We want to encourage children to sing with enthusiasm free from inhibition. We aim to offer opportunities to perform, compose, listen and appraise whilst also experiencing success and satisfaction in music.
